The Goods are shipped within 1 business day after receiving the payment for the Goods. In the case of payment by bank transfer or online payment, we send the goods up to 7 days after posting (if the description includes shipment up to 24H, we send the money immediately after posting) the money on our account.
Orders placed before 1 p.m. (on weekdays) will be shipped the same day, provided they are in the Atelier stock.

The stock level may change due to online and stationary sales.
Orders placed after 1 p.m. will be shipped the next day, provided they are in Atelier stock.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are shipped on Monday.
Orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday (we do not ship orders with Saturday delivery). The exceptions are cases when the customer would like a Saturday delivery on special request, then for an additional surcharge, we can send the goods on Friday with Saturday delivery (the additional fee is imposed in advance by the carrier).
The seller is not responsible for non-delivery or delay in delivery caused by an incorrect or inaccurate address provided by the customer.
The Seller – acting on the Customer’s request – sends the ordered Goods in the manner indicated by the Customer: via the UPS courier company.
At the request of the Customer, the Seller will provide the Customer with data on the date of shipment and the shipment number.
The seller does not provide postal or courier services.
