SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our orders are only sent via DHL courier.

Orders placed before 14:00 (on weekdays) will be shipped the same day, orders placed after 14:00 will be sent the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are sent on Monday.

The cost of shipping in Poland when choosing the payment method TRANSFER is PLN 15

The cost of shipping in Poland when choosing the payment method CASH ON DELIVERY is 20 PLN

Above the order amount PLN 1000 – free shipping.

Foreign shipments (only European countries) – the cost of shipments has been averaged and amounts to PLN 50 (the deadline is set individually depending on the destination). Shipments are sent only after receiving payment for the order.


PAYMENT

Available payment methods:

  • Traditional transfer to account (Please provide the order number and name and surname of the person ordering in the transfer title)),

  • Transfer via Przelewy24.pl – after selecting this form of payment, you will be redirected to the płatności24.pl website and asked to choose a bank from which the transfer should be made (there is also a possibility of card payment),

  • Payment on delivery,

  • Payment to the courier upon delivery.

If you want to return the goods purchased from us, follow the instructions :

1) Prepare the return package – append :

– completed form – “RETURN FORM” (also attached to the confirmation of the order sent by the store)

– proof of purchase (original receipt or copy of invoice)

2) Send it to the address:

IMPORTANT !

– The return is possible within 14 days from the moment of receiving the parcel

– Goods returned can not bear traces of use and must have all labels that were next to the product when it was received.

– The package should be packed so that its contents will not be damaged.

– Attach all required documents to the package.

The cost of shipping on the return of the goods is paid by the customer on their own – if it is a complaint, the shipping cost will be refunded.

COMPLAINTS

Complaints may be submitted for a period of 2 years from the moment of purchase of the goods, however not later than within two months from the moment the defect is noticed.

If you want to make a complaint, follow the instructions:

1) Inform us by e-mail about the desire to submit a complaint, accurately describing the defect (zamowienia@sarazalewska.com)

2) Prepare the return shipment – append:

– carefully filled out the “COMPLAINT” form (link on the page with the regulations and in the attachment to the order confirmation)

– proof of purchase (original receipt or copy of invoice)

3) Send it to us at: Zalla by Sara Zalewska, ul. Ługańska 16, Poznań 61-308

Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of delivery. When the complaint is accepted by us, the damaged goods will be:

– repaired (if it will be possible)

– replaced with a new one without defects (if available) or money will be returned along with the shipping costs incurred during the ordering of the bank account provided in the complaint form.
